Missile/rocket Worm?

The ship has a bonus for missiles and drones.

However, no matter how i tried I’m unable to make it to missile/rocket platform.

Put 2 T2 drones - I have about 150 DPS.

Put 3 rocket launchers - I get 50-70 DPS.

Put 3 LMLs - I get 50-70 DPS.

Adding damage bonus modules (Drone Damage Amplifier or Ballistic Control Circuit) to low slots increases DPS by 20%.

As a result DPS from drones is always 3x or more than i can get from launchers.

Need to mention that I’m talking about Alpha clone skills.

Anyway, Is it possible and feasible to make Worm to a missile/rocket platform? If not, then what’s the use of the bonus?

Yes, easily. Drones are your main DPS source and should be module-boosted as such. Missiles are just auxiliary DPS. The number of Worms on the KB with LML + DDA only speaks for itself.

Unless you really want to go for both boosts, then just use Hivaa C3-X.

Ahm … It’s the Guristas theme? All Guristas ships are a mixed platform of heavy drone DPS and some (sorta heavy) missile support DPS. That’s what Guristas do…

‘Augmented’ Hornet x2

With a 5% Power Grid Implant, you can fit T2 missile Launchers to use Fury Light Missiles. That would require Omega Sub tho… (which improves performance and fitting options by quite a lot).
