Do a support ticket, put ‘stuck’ as the subject and it will be looked at:

Make sure your Overview has a tab set up to show ‘Everything’… Some missions require you to target, approach, activate and or destroy a specific Structure or Acceleration Gate to trigger the NPC’s…
Sometimes just landing in the mission site is enough to complete the mission objective…
The ‘Opportunities’ window will show the mission name, clicking that will show the mission briefing details and if there’s a Green checkmark showing, then the mission objectives have been completed…
In-game, it’s helpful to ‘Clear All Cache Files’ in Esc Menu > ‘Reset Settings’ tab…
Out of game, you can ‘Verify Game Files’ and ‘Remove Unused Files’ in the Launcher settings for Eve Online…

Post the mission name. There is 100% chance that someone will clarify what needs to be done in the mission.

With the first and second information snippets we have from Jan Huura thus could indicate a non mission related problem and strongly leaning towards a porting issue with his client and server side.
Help Chats say the player did not read the mission statement. The majority of the time that is the actual issue.
On a few occasions, there are actual problems and as quick support request solves it
