Well that can be fun, the thing is that as forum warriors go I don’t get involved in wars unless one of my friends gets a war dec. And then we go for it, so sitting there all passive like as you suggested is not going to make any difference, you don’t matter.
Actually it is not, perhaps you will find out, but I am seeing what I was hoping for developing in hisec, with people ganging up together like I said was happening in that thread you got closed.

I’ve done a couple of wars over the last few months, and I’ve also taken (and in fact successfully defended, although it cost me) a set of POCOs.
It seems to me that the current war system is literally limited to just shooting each other’s structures while the other side is asleep. That, and impersonal, blanket wardecs from groups like HD. It’s boring and inconsequential. Nothing like the wars I remember.
Back on topic (somewhat): as far as forums go, I never hide behind alts or stuff like that, and anyone who wants to go after me based on what I post on the forums is more than welcome to. I’ll even try to make some time for them!
You are literally on this forum during all your waking hours, seven days a week. So forgive me for calling BS on that. Unless you have a bot running your ingame characters.
So who are your non forum-alt characters, then?
How is that an issue? I’m at the PC all the time because I work, and can’t do much of anything else anyway due to the COVID situation. The forum is right there in the background, and I can see it update in real-time.
Of all the things to nitpick, this one is just silly.
I can’t tell you that since I use them for scouting, infiltration, or just derping about with unassociated play styles.
Only for the shield, after that it gets into the timer which was widened to allow attackers more possibility to shoot it when people are asleep or at work but still enables a fight if people are up for it.
I could point you to a war that we had recently where we defended a friends raitaru for over a month outside of our main TZ and we had some pretty good fights, our enemy told us after one fight that even though they lost they were seriously pumped up from it.
We also moved to defend another friends indy structures which resulted in the war decker giving up and surrendering.
Most wars are people shooting poor saps that could not shoot back. I don’t think you understood that point I tried to make at all in that thread you got closed, you were too desperate to troll.
Still start war decking people to go after their structures and if you pick the wrong people, expect to find something nasty happening to your bash fleet.

That’s the thing: there’s no profit in it. Go after a structure for some fuel and ammo? What’s the point?
It’s like I realize now that any high-sec POCO you own will cost more to defend over time than you make from it.
Wars are supposed to have a profit motive. Right now, there’s no profit, just loss on both sides.

Well the last war we fought ended up being pure content. But this is an odd thing to say by someone who declares PvP first. I get the impression that you are very confused on what you really want out of Eve.
You’re not getting a roster of all of my characters just for me to prove a point. Grind your disposable NPC corp alt teeth in frustration, and move on.
