The key difference being that the rest of us aren’t liking that person’s posts just because that person’s stance on the game is in agreement with our own (e.g. pro-PvP). You know, unlike you and all of those people equating PvP with wife-beating and slavery, et cetera.
There’s just such a consistent record of that happening now that it’s not even funny anymore.
Not even the nastiest thing he’s done. The worst part is the hypocrisy and pretentiousness of it all, though.
Isn’t it interesting how a very specific subgroup of players is complaining about moderation?
Moderation is meant to apply to everybody, not just those that someone may dislike.
Any other approach is just hypocritical.
Is not a justification for an angry, unprovoked personal attack.
We have to keep somewhat higher standards.

Exactly, but then they’d have to moderate and enforce the forum rules equally and fairly among all posters, which clearly hasn’t been happening.
