I think that ship was introduced since I took a very extended break. My advice such as it is, is to fit the ship to take advantage of its bonuses. Sorry but I canāt help you more than that as I have no knowledge of it. Looks pretty though.

Warp into refuges and dens at 30km and orbit the cargo rig at 30-40km with AB. Group missiles into 3 groups of 2. Use drones to kill the turrets, Use 1 missile group for frigs and dessies, all 3 groups for cruisers.
Doesnāt need any tank as your primary defense will be range and speed, plus the fact everything should die extremely quickly. Can also easily do 2-3/10 DEDs and even Guristas 4/10 is cake if you keep your speed up and prioritize targets correctly.
Can upgrade the BCUs to tech II if you have fitting implants or alternatively if you are willing to spend the cash, upgrade the BCUs to faction.

Back to topic, we donāt know what you want to do with it, and each fit must be tailored to its activities so we canāt really help. IMO this would be bad for HS anoms because itās too slow. Maybe for LS anoms ?

Iāve had a chance to test it out now and I can tell you it is not bad by any means for high sec anoms. Sure it isnāt as fast as a Jackdaw, but it is quicker at clearing sites than a lot of the competition. If one canāt or doesnāt want to fly a T3 destroyer, this isnāt a bad ship if you can stomach the price for the hull.
With my above fit and proper management of missile groups and drones, you can be popping 4 frigs or dessies simultaneously within a second or two after they spawn.

Why not use an orthrus then ? The traits make the missiles even go faster so lower delay .
IMO delay of drones is the real issue.
Is it the price difference ? Seems like orthrus is twice the price of the mambo (nĀ°5)

The Orthrus has a much low scan res which will result in much slower locking times, which will have a noticeable impact on completion times, the hull is also more than twice as expensive. Cruisers really arenāt ideal for high sec anoms except for maybe cruiser dens.
When properly managed, the drone delay can mitigated and the drones become a huge asset, mostly insta popping the frigs and dessies. I find the speed and tracking of the Navy Hornets make them more ideal to use than the T2s for this ship in High Sec anoms.
