The CSM gave them permission to do anything - except reduce NPC bounties.
Just donāt pay attention to next monthās MER and make any assumptionsā¦or even the month after that. Those who were smart set a 60 day pull on their Athanor. If you want to know how seriously screwed up this stuff is going to be, wait for the June MER.
