Do you have data for Moon Mining per region?
More lies by another goon propagandist.
What you ask for is utterly irrelevant.
Bottom line, the goon territory is orders of magnitude richer than any high sec region, and can support a far higher density of miners. And as for ISK generation, 92.1% of all ISK bounties were generated in null sec.

Right which is why Goons held on to it with the nerf to jump drives and then Fozziesov. Oh waitā¦never mind. 
I shoot at goons. I like them for that. I do have friends there (lets face it, with a group that large weāre all bound to know and like someone there) but if you look at my thread history youāll see that Iāve indicated my belief Goons are a problem.
My personal favourite on the topic would be my complaint about how their capital umbrella was too significant - that it was what was enabling them to do their PVE stuff with impunity, knowing that someone was going to jump in 50 titans to save them from whatever came.
The idea was debunked, but I do still believe that some strategic way to thwart a capital umbrella needs to exist.
As to the relevance of my request, you say it isnāt, I say it is. Opinions are strange like that.

Highsec has level 4 security and mining agents, it can support so many runners per system that tidi is the realistic limiting factor. You can also mine L4 security missions if you donāt want fake ore. You canāt have 100 ratters in a single system in delve, but no trouble to have 100 runners in a system in highsec.
How about you find out the proportion of implants that were generated in highsec ? Or the value of sisters LP ?
Iāll let a less well known cat out of the bag now. Virtually all moons (0.4 and less) have a useful ore on them. So any small grouping that considers themselves an āempireā grouping, rather than a āhighsecā grouping, can now locate a moon that can resolve their access to traditional highend ore (an a,b or c), without holding a major goo moon that is in anyway interesting to anyone else to shoot the refinery. If you set the refinery to vulnerable at the mining session time, then the refinery itself is murderous to solo players, and it will comfortably reach into and scram, neut, web, missile, paint and bomb the ore field, which limits harassment to groups.

Yup, there is no upper limit to missions in terms of mission runners aside form tidi.
My guess is virtually all implants are sourced in HS.

Hah, sometimes, yes. It has honestly been a while since we went out to Delve, pretty sure our last time was just a suicide run out in some hull tanked brutixes where we went with the intent of pushing forward until we got a capital sized dildo shoved up our backsides. Sadly, Goons lives a fair way away from the dronelands so itās not a common destination for us.
