Just to be clear, there is absolutely no reason to mine moons in WH now. I have scanned several C3 moons and seen nothing worth even thinking about putting down a drill platform.
So the good “Moon Goo” still lives in 0.0

Well, CCP and the CSM talked it over . . . I’m sure they know best.
This was their intent, to make moon mining in high sec and wormholes not worth doing anymore.
