Reading the patch notes does not answer this question. Just finished scanning a bunch of systems with about 300 moons in total and I notice the ratio is not always adding up tp 1.0 anymore.
It is either 0.8 or 1.0
Anyone know if this is just a UI bug? What is the missing ratio composed of when the total is 0.8?

Not necessarily. Does a ratio that adds up to 0.8 mean that out of 1,000 cubic meters that a moon drill projects, only 800 cubic meters will be spawned?
