As far as I am aware the only legit investment was my A…G bond that not only paid out to all investors (never got one complaint) but also provided 100bn to Plex for good from 2019’s profits. (I also added profits from other activity to the charity).
Norn’s & Moonpire’s were clear spam & scams with tons of random alt padding forum posts and plenty of complaints.
Most investors in my experince do not feel the need to randomly make a forum post on the matter.
CCP have a zero tolerance approach to scams involving plex for good so pegging an investment promise to plex for good imho is as close to security in investment as you will get in eve. If investment is not paid out on this pegging I suspect CCP would ban if they got reports.
