More SKINs for the rest of T3 cruisers!

At the moment, here’s how it looks:

Tengu: 13 skins
Proteus: 8 skins
Loki: 9 skins
Legion: only 7 skins

I believe that this should be ballanced by adding more Skins to the other strategic cruisers than the Tengu. :frowning:
The current Amarr Foundation Day pack could’ve had a new Legion skin, but oh well
