Wow that’s really screwed up. Is there any other content that they block players from trying out on the test server?
If this is true it makes impossible to test content for bugs that is arguably the most risk intensive in the game.

I thought they stopped that and it went back to normal ? Have you checked lately ?

It works. You buy filament crates from the market at typical low ISK SiSi prices. Open the crate and it randomly gives you a filament. Only available for T1 and T3 space, though.
