My combined assets figure is wrong - client-side

A few weeks ago I used a courier contract to move some assets, and since then my net worth has been too high by the value of that contract (this started immediately after the delivery was completed).

I thought “oh well, maybe it’ll fix itself at some point” but no joy so far.

However, a few days ago, I installed the game on a new PC and was surprised to see that the net worth was shown correctly. On the original PC it’s still incorrect. From this I (of course) infer that the problem is on the client side.

A quick spot of googling suggested that “reset settings”, “clear all cache files” might fix the problem. It didn’t, sadly. I’ve searched the forums and found nothing to fill in the blanks.

Does anyone know which client-side file might be to blame?

Forgot to add: another thing I was surprised to learn from the new install was that my market quickbar settings seem to also be a client-side thing… They were gone from all of my characters.
Anyone know where they are stored too? :slight_smile:

Maybe I’m wrong to assume that the information is stored by the client…

In any case, I guess I will need to learn how to submit a support ticket, so that the invalid assets figure can be fixed.
