Now you know why I don’t bother putting up any upwell structures, just an excuse to war dec and others to scorn you when an opportunity for PVP is made, people say they want PVP and hate caps being dropped on them, now here it is and your getting crickets, sad.

Right, it’s not a question of ISK, but of manpower. Who wants to fight a 14000 peasants organization supported by half of nullsec and all of highsec mercs, and sees a chance of winning something?
There is no capital escalation, no AoE, no easy third-partying in highsec, whoever has more ships on field will win.
