I have not gotten ant help for my ticket #821451, here a quick rundown, over the summer I bought and paid for plex on mt CC, my wife didnt know the charges were from me, so she had them charged back which CCP then locked out my account, I rebought the owned ple from 3rd part retailers and have the codes, just need a GM to answer my ticket so that I can have my account unlocked.
Forums can’t help you with tickets, you’ll have to wait for a GM to reply. Closed.
