No PLEX included. It is one of the special deals for multiboxers - visible if you have at least one active Omega account registered on the same email address.
The lesson here is that you need to put on some glasses.
If you zoom in carefully, you can see there are 4 pixels indicating a dent, making this an eight, not a zero.

What do you mean by a review? The deals shown in this thread are not the standard Omega deals, but the special deals for multiboxers. So they don’t show for you? You need to be logged in for them to show and the accounts must be linked to the same Email address and one of the accounts must be actively subscribed. If all that is true and they are not showing then do a support ticket.
If your comment rather targeted the PLEX contained, then currently there are no PLEX contained in both standard Omega subscription offers and multibox subscription offers. They removed them again.
Maybe he wants to sit down with CCP and discuss a special discount option specifically tailored to wordsalad enthusiasts.

For years, 3 Months Omega was $45, so why would anyone think that the crossed-out number was 40?
You should share whatever it is you’re smoking; it must be some good stuff if you think multiboxers get special deals.
I currently have 2 accounts active. One is linked to an email account with 8 other accounts and the other is linked to a new account on a completely different email service. They both have the same deals, except for the personalized SP deals they offer you when you’ve been gone for a few years.
If it doesn’t show for you and you should be eligible, then do a support ticket. It is a known issue that this sometimes doesn’t work. You can also complain in the CSM area as this deal was negotiated with CCP by the CSM.

The offer will not be available on what CCP thinks is your main acount, but only on the others linked to the same Email address. Also this doesn’t work sometimes so you need to do a ticket if it doesn’t show for you or if they have your main account wrong.
