If it doesn’t show for you and you should be eligible, then do a support ticket. It is a known issue that this sometimes doesn’t work. You can also complain in the CSM area as this deal was negotiated with CCP by the CSM.

The offer will not be available on what CCP thinks is your main acount, but only on the others linked to the same Email address. Also this doesn’t work sometimes so you need to do a ticket if it doesn’t show for you or if they have your main account wrong.
