Hi. Need urgent assistance with a ticket. Unable to get hold of anyone from CCP. Grateful for any assistance that can be provided. Locked out of in-game corp.

Sometimes there is a live chat bot at the bottom right that can bring you to a live GM. The only other thing to do is wait patiently.

Locked out of your corp as in they wont let you do anything? Or?

Looks like there were kicked back to a NPC corporation.
Which likely means they cannot dock if they undock and everyone outside the station will shoot them under NBSI.
Question is then, what did they do ?
Zkill looks they are decent enough, apart from this
back in September. Must have done something to piss people off, or they accidentally left corporation instead of leaving fleet because the UI, though they are not at war so should be able to rejoin right away once a recruiter comes online.
Not going to lie, was expecting to see a CEO getting a rug pull because someone else had the majority of shares and now all their stuff is gone.
Quite the mystery.

Nothing sinister. Left corp accidentally. Cannot rejoin because of an alliance war, which makes no sense.
I think you have to wait a certain amount of time
A capsuleer is free to leave a corporation that is currently at war at any time but rejoining the same corporation will not be possible before 7 days have passed, or the war has come to an end.
I guess you still are in NS ?
If you did not go to HS, the war system has no effect. You may mention that to the GM.
Also you may require a director to vouch for your reinstate. GM should not add people back to corp without agreement from said corp.
Yes, leadership are aware. Hoping that a GM gets in touch with me soon so I can get back to normal operations.

Nope, terrible, as I missed the war at an alliance level. 
Clicked the wrong thing on the UI? Its so hosed that CCP has such hot garbage for some interface controls but doesn’t let people mod the UI with LUA or whatever like other games allow.
It will probably faster to see if any other corp will let you in temporarily.
Or you can also wait out 7 days.
I highly doubt CCP will put you back in player corp, maybe they can remove cooldown, that if you lucky and they answer ticket in timely matter

It would be helpful to know the average time the GM team takes to respond to tickets, though. As someone subscribing to six accounts annually, unresolved issues only add to the frustration, especially when they remain unaddressed on a weekend (with these two days being the only days I can effectively enjoy EVE).
I think only the tech team works to at least keep things running, maybe a few gms but they may possibly tell you wait out the 7 days.
Alternatively unless you care about corp history, quickly make a corp and have it join the alliance or be an ally (not sure if this will work)

If CCP started adding ppl that asked to player corps, it could be abused, so I really doubt they would do that.
Maybe they could remove timer, so you could reapply.

It depends. Ive had some within 24 hrs, others, never answered
