How comes the Noise-15 and the Signal-15 move for like tens of millions while the Noise-25 and Signal-25 only score a couple of 100k.
I mean if you have a fleet of 15 ships couldn’t you just jump through the 25er needle and save lots of isk. Or is there something I miss about the mechanics?

It’s basic supply and demand. The Noise 25 and Signal 25 are handed out in the daily logon rewards.

And people do. It’s just that the supply for those 25 filaments is out the wazoo compared to the demand.
