I’m sorry if your own previous statements offend you so much.

Hey, I certainly have opinions about drac, but I don’t want the thread to devolve into personal attacks. It’s not productive, and I don’t want the thread to get shut down. So, I was trying to get the thread back on the game.
How dead set are you against clone soldier tags?
They were introuced after my original dive into Eve. I only recently learned of them and how to farm them because I burned my 5.0 sec status having fun doing the Lowsec pews. And I prefer not playing Neutral Alts Online. Grinding them was not an enjoyable activity. Neither is grinding NPCs in Combat Sites, which is even worse for sec status repairs.
Does it concern you at all that removing these tags likely wouldn’t get you the content you seek – the gankers will adapt so you still can’t catch them without KR, or simply not be available as AG content for you 'cause they’re busy out ratting elsewhere – and would unnecessarily punish “proper” pirates that live in Lowsec that hate ratting? So Lowsec PvP activity would decrease / barrier increases for newbie pirates? Or is that your preferred outcome?
I good question this one, they are actually good in the sense that they enabled people to loiter with Tornado’s, Thrashers and Ruptures to gank on gates and that has developed content. So that is a plus, because they give more hunting opportunities when KR’s have not been gamed, that is important to understand because that is an issue, I have raised the issue with Kill-rights several times to be screamed at by people trying to hide the issues with them. For example activating one at 0 ISK and then getting hit for 50m. What I do now is make sure that the character doing the KR has limited ISK in their wallet, because in truth I have no idea what the real amount will be.
If I told you that I gave up on KR’s for a long period because of this, often finding that the 0 ISK KR will not activate because I do not have enough ISK in my wallet. But that was several years ago and the last few times I tried it it was the correct amount. But I don’t feel I can just roll up check KR and activate.
On the negative side they enable that initial tackle ship to be able to get that initial tackle in for freighter gankers and prevent interdiction, because they get that valuable first point in stop the warp and then the prey fails to notice the dropped point when you blast it with E-war. I had a few laughs doing Sensor dampening to Kusion who used a Caracal with a -10 character, but then they countered with a second point with a positive security status and that was that.
That is to give you an idea of the play around them from my perspective.
Previously people would turn up in NPC nullsec like Stain and grind their security status up, it was a type of balance because it reduced the number and created content in NPC nullsec. One can argue that you shifted that to lowsec, but they are no longer doing it, others who live in lowsec do it. So the time spent ganking is increased. The question you have to ask yourself is where is the balance between time spent grinding, ISK spent and time available to gank?
When I talk about the tags I talk about the fact that the Ganker can use ISK to remove his security status penalty and it means he is a lot more active ganking then he was previously. So the hauler now has a lot more time where they are at risk or waiting for the gate camp to end.
Affects like this are difficult to assess, but they are there.
You are focussing on the grind that gankers no longer have to do, but on the other side those haulers had a lot more gankers loitering around for longer periods of time.
Being definite on whether this is wrong or right is difficult because it is good in one sense and bad in another. Let’s just say that I am not happy that they (gankers) have more initiative and protection due to this. But tags are a mixed bag.
I hope that explains my thinking a bit, because I certainly see your point.
I will say that I was happy to see people shift towards Tornado and Rupture ganking on gates in terms of AG content.
I am going to try to be nicer in this thread and especially with you, just try not to make statements like you did about me wanting to end ganking as my intention or drop mocking cartoons on me.
On my side I do acknowledge that having come under sustained nasty attack mode by various ganker aligned posters over many years, that I am quick to deliver a retort if I think that they are attacking me, I sometimes react a bit too quickly and harshly and I will try to restrain that.
Okay, I was trying to get off of personal stuff. But since we’re being civil, I guess I’ll bring it up. In an earlier post, you mentioned that I was getting nasty with you in recent posts, and you’ve now mentioned me dropping mocking cartoons on you. Now, to be fair, I have definitely posted stuff that I knew would bristle peoples’ feathers before, and I wouldn’t be surprised if at least some of that was directed at you. But, I really had been trying to be civil with you as of late, and really can’t recall anything antagonistic or nasty that was directed at you personally. Now, I’m not trying to gaslight you, and I can’t rule out the possibility that I posted something that I forgot about. However, perhaps maybe there was the possibility that you interpreted something as directed at you that wasn’t, or interpreted something as being more hostile than it was. I mean, tone isn’t always conveyed very well with text, I may or may not have directed antagonistic posts at you before (this is not an admission of guilt), and my comments might have been sandwiched in-between other posts that were being more aggressive towards you. So perhaps all of that might have led to a “bad reading” of my posts?
And, I’ve already posted text message confusion by key and peele a bunch of times before. So, how about a different one…
I was trying to tell you that you were ruining your message as being willing and able to discuss, by also dropping mocking cartoons and stuff. Is that clear enough. If you want a thread to discuss ganking, don’t drop things like this:
Just two I found early on in this thread.
Okay… um… forget I said anything.
I am just trying to suggest that if your arguments make sense then there is no need to use this type of thing, from my perspective seeing such things added to any discussion are more like smokescreens to help a weaker argument or attack the person with different views to make them appear subhuman or stupid. I point them out often because for me it is a sign that their arguments are weak.
Just discuss your points without the need for such things.

I still cant believe someone thought that being able to cause targetted damage to modules with mining lasers was “stupid”
And they had no love for exploding ice either.
This, right here.
+1
I really can’t believe how you people are still legitimizing his platform by trying to have a debate with him, despite a proven track record of intellectual dishonesty literally since the day he got here.
Mining crystals are dumb
Well, at least I got him to answer a simple question. I’ll work on getting him to answer more complicated ones later.
Bummer as I was looking forward to everyone’s idea of what makes a bitter old vet?
What Dracvlad (and other carebears) don’t understand is the economy is driven by PvP players, who buy ships and use them as ammo. PvE players exist solely to meet this demand, which is why they are collecting items to sell in Jita.
If it becomes more difficult to PvE, then less PvE players will be able to complete tasks, and the market will increase rewards for those who meet demand. If it becomes easier to PvE, then more players will be able to complete tasks, and the market will decrease rewards. By keeping PvE challenging, CCP is rewarding skill and teamwork.
When it is difficult to autopilot a freighter through Uedama, or AFK mine in a blingy Mackinaw, the market rewards those who succeed. That’s the game. CCP has no motivation to make this easier, and Dracvlad is a fool tilting at imaginary windmills.
At this point, Dracvlad doesn’t even play the game. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about, and has no desire to engage in honest discussion. He isn’t interested in game mechanics or balance. This is entirely about the ego of a failed antiganking leader, who doesn’t want to admit he was wrong. Ganking is not griefing, it is intended gameplay.
Watching you edit was like an acid flashback!
You’re going to get trolled for that one!
Chip truth omae.
They are called memes grandpa.
Bro you don’t even play
They’re called boomers… um… gen X’er guy.
I see both Drac and other AGers have broken their forum exile.
I love the smell of hypocrisy in the morning
