I only use a single Omega as well. Its kinda crazy how now corps require alts. Its actually what has kept me from joining up with some corps I was looking into haha.

Gankers don’t track down people who disagree with them across half of Eve and start haranguing them in Local. Now I wonder who it is that could possibly do that.

It’s actually a very clever use of an alpha alt, especially when on deployment. I think the group I’m with was the first to implement it in nullsec, and the others are following suit. Related to the topic, we do this because it is an anti-ganking solution when mains are busy elsewhere, or clones are on cooldown and deathclones are not in position. Don’t let that keep you from joining a good group 
Same here, for losing a Rattle to them (my own fault of course). It seems pvp oriented folk get angry at getting shot down by stupid npc blobs

Oh no. I think it’s perfectly okay to repay someone in the game for something that happens on the forum. And that is not because it’s difficult impossible to equate killing a single ship a single time to harassment, but because in my opinion at least it’s more honest than constant bickering. The old “let’s duke it out” is perhaps the more mature choice even, a gentlemen’s disagreement settled in orderly fashion.
No, I don’t consider finding someone in hisec and inviting to a duel harassment. It’s not even ganking, because it requires consensus.

Well, be that as it may, he did make the decision to pay Altara a visit. The reason why he took that step is unclear (I’m surprised he did). If it had been a gank you’d have a point. But it wasn’t, it was an invite to a duel, nothing covert, and Altara apparently knew it was Lucas. I dunno, we’ll have to ask Lucas on the stand and have him testify

The point is surely that someone cannot complain in one breath about people being subject to smack talk by gankers…and then in the next breath show up and deliver a load of smack talk himself. He objects to gankees being ‘humiliated’, yet he has zero problem doing his best to do the same in Local in front of all 24 people in the system….and trying to drag my corp into it.
That may not be griefing, but it most definitely is hypocrisy.

Imagine an event where all of us from this thread could just duke it out in a hisec system, just once, yell, smacktalk and shoot at each other to our heart’s content, and then give a “GF” in local, and laugh while recloning, and enjoy the favorite beverage. That’s my EvE, not sure it’s his. Is it yours ?
Hell, if I were a GM I’d drop every character from this thread in that system, and live stream it, lol, “that’s how we settle disputes in EvE”.
At least it would be refreshing and liberating.
