A point I made a month or two ago…in fact I regularly populate stations I pass with 80 DPS Velators that only cost 200K ISK ( as the ship itself is free ). They are really handy for a bit of ratting…and also would make excellent anti-gank ships in sufficient numbers.

I think you claim to have CCP in your pocket, is this not against terms of service? I don’t think you can claim anything regarding CCP without breaking the rules.
Very strong words. I would say the right to free will and choosing not to use it is the only true choice of good or evil. Non-consensual attack, every single time the opportunity is there is just easy mode. You might as well be a bot. Isn’t that against the manifesto? A bot is what a bot does. If you act like a bot you are a bot. But the bot behaviour can be turned around and be applied to the attacker too.

At that point CCP will have to make a choice if this behaviour is exploitative. Remember it is not an action that is an exploit is what you do with that action that is exploitative.
Completely incorrect. Pulling Concord is legal. CCP doesn’t care if a miner pulls concord defensively. Or if a ganker pulls concord to make way for alts to gank elsewhere. Intent of the pull means absolutely nothing.
You are conflating pulling concord with delaying concord. They are different things.

I think you are incorrect about who is doing the blasting. You have had years of unopposed opinion. Now you get resistance by new players. Other players are too scared to post here because they don’t want you guys targeting them in game. Which they did. I had people tracking me in game long before i issued a challenge, and just because i choose to post here.

its not the action, its what your doing with the action that gets you a ban.
Gankers and carebears alike cry too much. Just accept that both sides are going to exist no matter what and carry on with life. Gankers will gank, carebears will carebear, both will cry foul of the other and nothing big will change because it’s part of the game.

No. CCP are clear that pulling concord. I.e moving concord from one area to another. Even to facilitate a gank, is not classed as delaying and therefore is not an exploit. You have been shown this on eve Uni, in statements made by devs on the forums and in other links players have sent you.
It doesn’t matter how forcefully you disagree. You are just WRONG. I had assumed in the other thread that you were being genuine and that there was a language barrier that was causing you to misinterpret what you were reading. But that is obviously not the case. At this point you are just trolling.
If you genuinely have issues with ganking and want things to change and “improve” id suggest basing your concerns around facts…… and not ignoring actual information in the public domain. I’d also suggest that being rude and making false accusations against players like me, who have given you the benefit of the doubt and genuinely tried to engage with on the topic, isn’t the best way to make your case. You are just alienating people for the sake of it.
