I recently encountered a problem: I bought a code for a Warp Pack a second time, but I forgot I’d purchased it before. I can’t use the code a second time, but in the alt+4 store, it shows up as available for purchase for 5,000 PLEX, and I can buy it (at least, there’s no information indicating I can’t).
However, when I previously purchased a different pack with PLEX, it disappeared from the store.
Basically, I wasted $96, which is disappointing. I think this case needs some improvements to avoid misleading players and enticing them to spend so much.

My advice: Start a second account and apply the pack. A scout or hauler char is always a nice help.
The main point of this post is that the lack of information about the impossibility of purchasing the product could be misleading and lead to loss of money.
As for activating the code on a different account: I don’t need it, I have everything. The idea was that I needed it specifically on my main account.
Well, that’s valid for our whole lifes. Sometimes a nice offer is too god to be true, so you have to do some reading in advance.
In official stores you cannot buy the already purchased packages as soon as you are logged in, so there it works the wanted way. You may contact the vendor instead.
I found this post very confusing because I was like, “What is the Alt+4 store?” I thought it was some third-party site or something.
OP: What you’re referring to is called the New Eden Store (NES) (for future reference). As opposed to the out-of-game EVE Store.
That said, if you bought a pack you can’t use, go the support site and try petitioning CCP for a refund. No one here on the forums can help you with this issue, other than to suggest other ways you can apply the pack.
You may also consider filing a bug report in-game (F12).

Never buy stuff from anywhere other than CCP’s store.
If you bought a one-use pack through the EVE Store, it doesn’t let you buy it again.

What is an alt + 4 store ??
This is my NES after purchase warp and afterburn boosts. How can you see i can buy warp-boost for PLEX, but he has been buyed for digital code from. And NES dont have afterburn-boost, bcz earlier he has been buyed for PLEX. I think this’s bug, but support dont think so.
Well, i send a report. If this’s not a bug, u can use this boosts twice. The main thing is to maintain sequence: digital code from partner → plex
No, you can legitimately buy the same pack twice (and perhaps even three times). Once through the EVE (web) store for hard currency, and once through the in-game NES for PLEX. I’ve heard but never tried it, that you can also buy the same pack a third time by redeeming codes from a third-party vendor.
If the system lets you buy and redeem it, it’s legit (if that’s your concern).
