Well CCP thats a new low.
With the revision of the project discovery CCP has introduced new “REWARDS” in the form of unique skinner elements.
However to use those new “Rewards” and actually put them on a ship will cost you CCP’s good old monetization currency PLEX. Now call me a woke fairy but something seems off about driving PLEX sales however tenuously from any form of charity work the community do towards a project discovery research for good thing.
Much ado about nothing. Most people don’t donate to charity, so many companies provide little incentives. The National Lottery here in the UK donates a portion of people’s gambling ( which is essentially what it is ) to good causes. Even my local supermarket provides little tokens at the chekout that you can put in one of several boxes towards good causes. What’s the problem ? You really think people buy lottery tickets solely to contribute towards charity ?

As more money goes to schools from the lottery, less money is funded by the state. Instead of providing additional funding for education it now operates as an alternate revenue source for the state. Kids are still short-changed.

Besides, Cancer Research is a massive fraud. Idiots throw so much free money at Big Pharma just for them to look for a cure, that actually finding one will cost them money unless they charge an outrageous price for it.
How many hundreds of Billions of dollars a year gets “donated” to cancer research? You love to “grrr greedy capitalist pig” at CCP whenever they try to make a buck, but your hypocrisy over Big Pharma is okay?
