New Map View... Sovereignty: Based on Standing

Hello, returning player, trying slowly to get back in EVE.
I see the classic map and the “New” map.

While my alliance and friendly alliances Green, Red and Neutral areas are shown/colored on the classic map, when I change to the new one and go > Sovereignty > Based on standings (same thing as the classic map) I only see grey circles (systems).

Am I doing something wrong?

I only see green for 2 NPC regions in the old map and no standings shown at all in the new map. Player standings don’t seem to be shown at all on the map.

I see friendly alliances as green on classic map and enemy territories red.

Nothing on new though.
