Yes.
It’s basically the same as my p1->p3 six input setup. I’m guessing there’s supposed to be a command centre in the middle of the p3 factories? I wouldn’t route through a command centre myself.
Launchpad instead of Storage means much more needed CPU. So as long as the connections are short, this may be possible with Command Center Upgrade Skills up to 5.
I tend to avoid bottlenecks in connections, but if there’s no raw material, even that should be ok.
