so…hilmar cocaine line got even longer with the 250b with the “totaly not a pay to win” mobile game but not long enought ?

A person ( one or more ) flagged and hid my post. But I don’t know what got them upset to cry about it? I think I might have found it? Please let me know, so I can edit my post and remove the offending material(s).
Here are the lines by number:

  1. Obviously some kind of hoax.
  2. Step 1 spoof some Korean news sites.
  3. Step 2 post on Reddit pointing at the fake news site.
  4. Step 3 wait for the gullible people to post the fake news to the forums.
  5. Step 4 Laugh your ass off.
  6. Laughing emoji
  7. If this was legit, you would see all sorts of stuff about it on ALL media. CNN, ABC, BBC, etc. has nothing.
  8. I would think they would even announce it here on the RUV.
  9. Top story in Iceland is the yeast yield in beer and a large whale carcass.

BTW You were 100% correct Princess, when we spoke about in person about the censorship. It is just as you stated. I take back what I said to you earlier. I got voted out by 1 or more and they had no human moderation. It was a forum bot who censored and informed me about this post and not a human. So people can go cuck-coo crazy with the flag post button.

whot if isn’t an hoax ? even streamer are talking about this

Either way if it is or isn’t:

Discussion regarding the specific article and its subject and even just related subjects in general can lead to interesting exchange of ideas and thought experiments, which is why the forums are here for (at least in principle).

So in the end it is quite irrelevant whether the specific article is true, still there can be a good discussion about this and related subjects and learning about what people think about these matters.

No, simply a different way of dividing a currency. 100 US dollars is something like 135 million South Korea Won (KRW). 1 euro is something like 1.5 million Won. Just a currency counted in smaller units, it’s not worth much less than other currencies necessarily. Italian lira was the same idea before eurozone.

its-happening

I am offering Pearl Abyss 1 USD and other considerations. When I take ownership, I will only change one thing. Walk in Station is back! Also this will allow citadel owners to rent luxury apartments too. Then we can start selling furniture in the NES. I will be able to make my dollar back in no time at all.

Are you serious or just being sardonic?
It is so hard to tell, unless I can see your face.

Have fun!

I offer 1.01.

Oh we are gonna get totally shitcanned

B/O 102,32 USD

102,33

I can’t afford that amount(

Good !!! The game needs to be changed so that it’s not self-defeating towards player retention with it deliberately set up for experienced players to prey upon new players… I’ve personally enjoyed the dangers and strategizing to deal with it, but business wise, the game can not survive on its current course…

It’s not EVE Online that’s unprofitable, but CCP’s other projects.

Yes, I know.

Are you going to bankrupt your husband’s account or is that $1 coming out of your account?
What other considerations?

Sometimes I think CCP should focus on EvE Online, rather than whatever Bitcoin EvE is.

Might be a good thing, might be a bad thing. Won’t know till it’s sold. Meanwhile, EVE will go on as usual.

“100 US dollars is something like 135 million South Korea Won (KRW).”
:cross_mark: Incorrect.
As of mid-2025, 100 USD ≈ 135,000 KRW, not 135 million. This is off by a factor of 1,000.

“1 euro is something like 1.5 million Won.”
:cross_mark: Also way off.
1 Euro ≈ 1,450–1,500 KRW, not 1.5 million.

No, it’s just a different way of dividing value. For example, 100 USD is about 135,000 Korean Won, not millions. It doesn’t mean the currency is weak; it’s just denominated in smaller units. The Italian lira worked the same way before the euro.

Can’t see papatendo buying it, if extraction shooters weren’t already in decline then maybe sony might have been interested in vanguard, although given their recent failure with concord i’m not sure they would want to take that risk anyway

Isn’t embracer struggling these days? i hear them selling off their assets

From June 2023 to May 2024, the structuring had led to the loss of 4532 employees, the closure of 44 studios, and cancellation of 80 in-development projects,[83] including a new Deus Ex,[84] TimeSplitters [85] and Red Faction games.[86] Despite these steps, the company still faced $1.5 billion in debt.

So seems like embracer isn’t really in a state to do it, given the current partnerships with NetEase they would possibly be one of the interested parties, potentially tencent if CCP can provide a plan for improving income

Although randomly decided to probe GPT and it came up with another potential contender in Microsoft, which was one i had actually forgotten about, although to be fair GPT did also suggest Valve which is a bit of a miss considering they don’t tend to buy studios

Must be a cold day in hell, i’m agreeing with Aiko
