^ This is good advice. Lets say at max yield you make 15m isk per hour. but with max tank, you only make 10m per hour. So by maxing tank over yield, you lose 5m isk per hour.
A Retriever costs 25m.
If you mine for 5 hours with max tank, you’ve forfeited 25m isk in potential income (5m * 5 hours). By max taking, you’re basically ganking yourself. And this “self-ganking” is guaranteed.
On the otherhand, if you max your yield and keep an eye out for ganks for five hours, then you become better off.
