So lets see. in your own words you do not cloaky camp, and your not showing your killboard so I have no idea if you live in nullsec and even have to deal with cloaky campers in the systems you need to ADM for your alliance.
So with zero experience dealing with how cloaky camping negatively effects the game, then your arguments are not valid.
You don’t need a cloak to buy plex and shop in the New Eden Store. Buy yourself a skin (or just enjoy the free ones CCP hands out) and chill out.

Ok man, with that mentality people will continue to migrate to doing abyss filaments and there will be even less content in space in null. You arguments are simply not healthy for the game. Thankfully CCP is finally going to do something about it, I wish they would explain how, the vague comments are pretty funny though.

Sorry, but nullbear farmers don’t want cloaking nerfed so they can provide more content. They want it nerfed so they can avoid content.

Alright so CCP decided to take the time to code ESS to create content. forcing pve’ers to pvp to defend their isk. But you see people don’t want to contest the ESS, they would rather cloaky camp the system making it unused.
CCP sees this as unhealthy, they would rather ratters rat, creating ESS, creating REAL pvp content, then systems be unused due to being camped where no one in their right mind (read:smart) would ever use the solar system.
This is not good content man, fighting over the ESS is good content.
Perhaps the nullbear farmers should stop letting AFK ships deny their systems. But the response to nullbear farmers sucking at EVE should not be CCP making it even easier for them to farm without engaging in PvP.

ESS is not good content. It’s good content for the PvEers because you can ignore it but for PvP its trash. Dont sit here and pretend like you want PvP to happen. We all know you just want to rat in safety.
I’m doing ESS currently solo and I MIGHT be able to afford my subs with it but it pays too little to be considered viable. Even solo it’s barely enough.
PvEers THINK they prefer ESS to cloaky camping until they realize CCP will have to balance it at some point and balancing means ESS taking at LEAST twice as much as it currently does but even that wouldnt be enough. Face it, PvPers gotta PvP meaning at some point your snuggly ass HAS TO BE A TARGET.
You’re gonna have to pay the piper at some point because if all you do is solo rat you are a toxic plague on this game and the community would be better off if you’d go somewhere else.
Have you ever considered that it pays trash because of the simple fact that people are not ratting due to being cloaky camped?

Cloaky camping isnt nearly as prevalent as you claim. Every neutral is not a cloaky camper. Plus you act like it would matter if cloaky camping was gone. You plebs would still be warping away the second a neutral entered local anyways.
I’m out here actually doing the content, I’m in the PvP community, you’re effectively arguing with an accountant about finances when you yourself are broke.
The problem isnt cloaky camping. The problem is cowards being allowed to operate in complete safety in what’s supposed to be the most dangerous space in the game.
So because people are terrible at EVE we should make it easier for them and hope that if we coddle them enough and make it easy enough to avoid PvP they’ll magically decide to start offering PvP content?
And of course you’re the authority on the subject 
Again check my killboard, my last kill was over ESS defence,. I actually play the game and use the content available. You want the ESS to pay more? then I need to be able to use an Ishtar instead of a vexor. that is done by not being cloaky camped lol. I would be ok with the ESS taking more if I was actually able to BE IN SPACE.

I would like to rat in Ishtar+ though, which would create ESS content. You say people ignore the ESS and let it get stolen, well that isn’t always true, you are wrong about that.
