I find there is no way to get the “you undock with modules offline” warning back, once set to “dont ask again”. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?
I already cleared all (yes all) my supress messages, and get betty complaining about almost everything i do, but undocking with offline module still working without any warning.

Same happens with EDENCOM/Triglavian system warning or “shooting structures warrning”. The latter is the most problematic as you can get this warning in one of the career missions and while you are not required to shoot that structure, it is easy to think you have to so you choose yes, And then it will not ask you again if you ever try to shoot gate or station by misclick and you turn criminal if your safety is red.
The only way to reset it that I know of is to create a new client profile in launcher and assign it to your account . That will however resets everything including UI layout and shortcuts.
Maybe it can be restored by manually editing the client-related files, but I don’t know how.
well, erm… suboptimal but i wont reset my client for that, that would cost me… donno.. days
