You want 2-3 dreads, not a dread + fax.

You don’t need the remote rep to run the sites, just active tank. There are some videos on youtube on how to run the sites with dreads. Proper positioning of the warp-in is key for getting reasonable site completion times.
Please read up the effects of a Siege Module. In Siege, you can’t be repaired by others and you can’t get any cap from others. Seriously, that is basic knowledge. You should reconsider getting yourself some Capitals until you know the mechanics. That’s why Dreads are locally tanked.
