So i was looking at buying a structure citadel and anchoring it, what module does it talk about when it says service module does it mean any service module will keep it in full power mode, also what fuel do you use for keeping the module online,
I know nothing about citadels 
If you dont know about it, then the best thing to do is to stay away from it.
Unless you dont care about losing it, of course.
Otherwise, id ask why you need one. Cause most of the time, you dont. They are littered, everywhere.
Just don´t do it. Highsec is littered with them. And if it doesn´t turn over any profit, its basicly just useless. Especially because you need to cater a service for that. What does need fuelblocks.
