I feel a bit like a noob again. Back in 2016 I created a mailing list for my self and my alts. I want to add a new alt to this mailing list but all it gets is “You are not allowed to join that mailing list.”
I’ve search every button and setting to find out if there is a list or something that rejects the request to join the mailing list but I haven’t find anything, Is there an admin botton?
Where, what, how, do I join again? 
As with most private settings in EVE – you have to be on the mailing list admin character in order to change settings, and add/remove members on the mailing list.
The settings menu appears from under right click, and it only appears for the mailing list admin. If you have deleted mailing list admin character, then you have probably lost settings forever. Easier to just create a new mailing list.
Just out of curiosity: what is your usecase to have a mailing list with your alts?
Thanks for showing me the screenshot @Meridan_Night . Seems non of my alts got admin rights, which doesn’t make sense, but it is what it is now. Thought I was going crazy 
@Power_Armor It’s more like a reminder between my alts, I’m getting old to keep up with all the new things CCP is creating (new ships, new items) and it’s just a fun way to have. When I look in the mail its like looking back into history to see what I have done or what I still need to do.
Good news, I found the original toon that had made the mailing list; one of my alpha toon on a long forgotten account -pfehh- 
As Meridan posted, it has the ability to add and remove people the mailing list. I made one of my more-used toons Operator so that I can manage the list better in the future. Thanks again!
