Not receiving authentication emails, and authenticator app logins expire when you enter the number

Anyone else either not getting the authentication emails, as in straight up don’t get them, as in CCPs system isn’t sending them out? They aren’t in spam/junk/promotions, I’ve tried all the steps the CCP rep came up with, I’ve even tried more, I know CCP are going to gaslight me and say it’s something I’m doing which is stopping their system from sending me emails, despite all my accounts showing as linked to the same email address.

I was advised by a corpmate to set up an authenticator, which I managed to get in and do on almost all of my accounts, however when I try logging in on 2/3 of the accounts I managed to set that up on it tells me my session has expired.

the one account I can’t get into the account management at all for due to CCP sending me no emails, also has an automatic subscription renewal which I can’t get in to cancel because of this issue.

CCP also haven’t responded to my reply to their initial “it’s your fault honest” steps.
