does anyone just not get these emails? getting really tired of not being able to log in and being able to give them my money. no emails about email change so its not that and every other authenticator is almost instantly delivered.

You’ll just have to wait for a reply to your ticket; it takes time for GMs to look into your issue and they may need to do some investigation. Account related issues does usually have a higher priority so you should receive a reply in 1-2 weeks, would be my guess, there aren’t any estimated time table for when certain issues are looked into/resolved. It all depends on the issue being reported and what other issues being reported by other players.

how will i be able to see a reply if i cant log in and dont get emails?
and now 2 hours after i sent all this in, they all pop up at one time…
