Support with authentication code from Support?


I have issue with my alt, during login process it asks for ‘authentication code’ that does not arrive to the e-mail. I have requested help via support ticket ‘REQUEST #784363’. Nice GM came back to me - sent case to ‘specialized team’… and almost 24h later no response, no action and still no solution.

Anyone knows what is support speed these days?

EDIT: I have just managed to log in OK on alt w/o authentication… it has been disabled now. Seems that someone done the job and just did not communicate back to the player (me)
