Not sure if this is a bug or how it was setup on purpose but haven’t seen anything addressing it. I am moon mining is lowsec with a new refinery and the NPC’s that spawn on the field when killed by the Citadel no bounty is paid. Is this how it is supposed to work or a bug?
Are the NPC names’ preceded with a diamond? If so then they will be part of a Shipyard in the system. I am not certain but I do not believe they have bounties.
It pays a bounty if I am in a ship but not if I use the Citadel, it has to be something with the Citadel/Refinery mechanics.
I don’t believe there was a diamond before the name.
