Game economy have to be closed circuit, ISK and “material” things need to balanced otherwise you will have inflation of deflation, not sure which is worse for the game really.

Well, we already have “conflict free HS” for two years or so, by this moment it is not resulted in imbalance. Maybe it will because of null ratting nerfs, we will see.
CCP don’t see ganking as problem, and no carebear tears will change it, I don’t expect nerfs to ganking any time soon.

Nope, I value them both equally, and I think both have place in Eve universe. I would like to see more dangerous playstyles more rewarding in terms of ISK though. Currently this balance is broken.
Currently I’m not employed, but i tried it all except WH living. Most fun I had in small-scale NPC 0.0 alliance, but this content looks so dead right now.

PvE will always be broken, its been “solved” so people already know how to run everything safely, so the only risk is is in PvP
For sure, risk tied to hostile players presence. So low sec, null sec and j-space PVE must be more profitable than high sec. For now it is true only for high level wormholes.
100M/h/toon on raw isk not really “mostly LP”.
How many missions one need to finish to get 100 million of raw ISK? On average. And how many LP generated by this missions?
if you get the correct missions…2-3, if you dont then 12…per hour, if we are talking just bounties alone
As I know most advanced mission runners currently blitz missions to make 200-250 million ISK per hour with LP mostly. 100 mil/hour looks suboptimal, but I guess some players still farm missions for bounty.
