I think it would be nice if new, null sec only, battleship and capital abyssal sites start to appear slowly in null sec. Just slowly at first to gauge the effect it has on the game.
What do you guys think?
Nothing. Any content for capitals should be discouraged with utmost prejudice.

Capitals have waaaay too much content as it is in EVE, suffocatingly enough content.
