Ok, make this active, fine. But then how these work needs to change. For one warp core stabilizers were already near useless. If we are going to make them temporary, make the temporary effect more powerful. Give me a 10 second break of all scrams, and then I have to choose carefully where I warp to next. I have to actually care about my warp speed. Turn it into a chase, I don’t get another shot.
As for the interdiction, I don’t like the nullification as it is, and I don’t know how on earth to use it in game play. I’d rather a nullification of the thing doing the interdiction itself. Give me some team based active options. Let me send a friend to suicide disrupt interdiction as my scout, and then I follow afterwards as the interdiction is shut down for something painful like 60 seconds. That way the pirates get someone there to fight, but if they don’t kill the suicide nullification in time, they lose out on the bigger target.
I agree that both of these need to be more active, but the mechanics need to be changed as well to give some game play options that are more active.

And even if you do manage to set yourself up in d-scan range, if there’s bubbles on the gate, you need to activate this thing on the warp-in. So let’s look at that, shall we?
8au/s. 65s (because 10s of gate cloak). You’d need a warp 280 au long. Otherwise… nope. You can’t warp through bubbles and then get out of the bubbles on the other side.
Sure, as soon as people stop trying to push the idea that you’ll be able to use this on both sides of the gate.
No, it’ll just discourage them from doing it in interceptors and T3Cs. Instead, they’ll use shuttles. Or, if they need to move materiel as well, they’ll either use capitals and cynos, or they’ll use shuttles and send things via JF just like they do now.
I think you would also have to use cloak and not warp directly from gate to gate. Just wait the timer and slowboat to the gate, to jump with being able to reactivate on other side.

This is the single most important point of all. This is the end of nullification as we know it. Null will become even more of a walled garden; closed off to all who don’t want to deal with the gatekeepers.

The interdiction nulification traits SHOULD NOT be made into a module, you’re going to creat problems for people with fitting and making ceptor pilots choose:
Get to the target and die because you now need to sacrifice tank.
Don’t get to the target because of bubble, but don’t die.
Why aren’t you fixing things that are actually broken, like maraders
Oh how terrible. You will have to fight instead of doing nullified doctrines that allow you to dictate every part of the engagement and that are effectively uncatchable (provided those flying them are actually competent).
CCP for years has made the game less and less worth playing and this is just one more thing to add to the list in my belief. Stop everyone from getting away from BS while trying to play there game not the ganker games. Awesome way to make thing worse losers.
The idea of nerfing stabbed gila’s and Ishtars is something I can understand. However as a T3/interceptor pilot the nullification module is dreadful. It takes a low slot, with 150CD. Meaning anchorable bubbles will come back in great numbers and thereby making it really hard to actually get a fight for small/med gangs. If in that case roaming is going to get harder wouldn’t that push for more cloaky camping?

Great change, I really like it. Helps with bots, not so much by catching them, but making them less efficient. And, gotta say, that makes the mod decent on DST now.
And good job not breaking the T3C. I still haven’t checked everything. But ya, plz plz plz don’t break ceptors. Tell you what, just make it a rig for ceptors. That way you can skip the cooldown stuff for all the other ships.

THIS CHANGE WILL MAKE BOTTERS HARDER TO CATCH. And if you do catch them, you’ll not survive long enough to get a secondary warp disrouption module on them.
