Occasional Audio Issue

I will be reporting this as a bug the next instance where it occurs.

I play on a Mac Mini M4 with a UHDR cable to a SONY BRAVIA XR-55X90J Smart TV. The TV audio output is set for Dolby Audio. The game runs fantastically well, I am really having so much fun playing.

However, occasionally while I am running missions I will encounter areas in the cosmos that the sound seems to skip I guess is how I would explain it. The area may not be completely silent, there may be a sort of abyssal, hollow sound in the background almost like wind in a cave, ship sounds and everything all seem good but every so many seconds there will be a spike of some sound that is too short for me to be able to describe. It’s a very minor issue but if I could get some help resolving it either through settings or otherwise that would be greatly appreciated. I am happy to include any pertinent information per request. I am not capable of any advanced troubleshooting without guidance as I am only an average user. :alien_monster:

According to the description, I would say it is this bug: Dynamic music is broken in combat sites

I guess this has to be fixed by ccp.

Reproducing is easy (for me):

* Check in the settings that dynamic music is used ("Override dynamic music with Classic EVE Music” is disabled)
* Warp to a combat site, zoom out, enjoy the broken music (A few milliseconds followed by several seconds of silence).

Imho make a bug report

I’ll do that, thanks! It’s difficult when I don’t really know the technical terms or adjectives for these things to look for any information myself related to the problem. You’ve helped me though, be well! :alien_monster:
