However, as you say: House Cerra’s holding has not come under attack from Tribal forces, and so Commander Kim’s exhortation against us cannot refer to that holding. Diana is, after all, intelligent and honorable. I do not think she would accuse us of attacking innocent civilians without evidence, and so believe she must have been referring to other systems.
