Technically, when Nation uplifts people from the planet, I really doubt they make any sort of exclusion for public party, celebration, nightclub, or similar establishment.
Otherwise, a sudden celebrating group of people left on the planet while everyone around would be taken would hit news headlines quite quick, don’t you think so?
