If you want to pick and choose the skins - yes!

Alternatively you can buy all the packs and sell what ever you don’t need.

Ship skins are tradable, you’re not limited to the skins in one pack.

This is an issue as well. I want more ot the Headhunter Skins, but can’t find them anywhere?

Headhunter skins come from similar sales as the ones mentioned in this thread, for example:

Whenever there are ship skin sales you can buy a bunch of them, hold on to them and sell them for potentially much higher prices in the future if people want those skins.

It can be a good investment.

The headhunter skins have also been available in the NES I see:

They may come back at a later time but you never know if and when.

Its easier with the amount of ships available to do it the way ccp does it. They arent gonna take the time or run some program to tell them who is flying what ships and create personalized packs.

Some from events, and some from things like Twitch drops. Which is basically forcing people to do PvE or watch twitches in order to get them. Well…stuff that. So I guess nothing for PvP-ers who don’t watch Twitch.

I’ve tried the Twitch viewing route. They kept increasing the amount of time you had to watch it and I gave up.
