Jâen ai postĂ© un avant-hier, franchement pas concluant : le log termine sans erreur, simplement le launcher cesse de fonctionner et il nây a plus rien Ă Ă©crire de plus jâimagine 
Je suis surpris que tu aies une rĂ©ponse si rapide en tout cas, câest encourageant : un grand nombre de joueurs anglophones ont ouvert des tickets mais sans rĂ©ponse pour le moment.

I have the same problem with the update, new launcher just crashes immiediatly after launch. So far no meaningfull response for the ticket.

On my win7 x64 system the new launcher broke my EVE 2,5 days ago.
The advice from eve-support did not work sadly.
Then I followed your advice.
Install EveLauncher-1225328.exe on disk where EVE is not installed.
Proceed install, BUT CANCEL the prompt to install the new update.
Back again!
Cause still unknown to me, probably also for CCPâŠ

Solved following this video, itâs in portuguese but links in description are from Microsoft .
Be carefull to choose your windows verson (mine was Win 7 Sp1) and to download from Microsoft
site.

Iâm in game now. Probably my dll was missing/corrupted.
Iâve been having the same problem on Win10, downloaded an older launcher version but it would not allow me to open a client but at least the launcher worked. I got back in the game after letting the launcher download the entire 10GB fo EVE again.
This issue was seemingly fixed by an update yesterday or the day before and was happily logged in and playing yesterday. Finally got all my Overview settings etc done again⊠but wait ⊠Start up computer this morning and same issue pops up.
What is the QtWebEngineProcess.exe?? This is what seems to be killing my Eve Launcher on Win10.
Please if someone else have this issue and know how to fix it I would really appreciate some pointers

Pour infos jâavais des souci avec le launcher maintenant rĂ©solu avec le nouveau launcher,
mais quand je me connecte en vocal sur TS je ne peux plus me connecter ! il faut que je réinstalle le launcher
si quelquâun connais ce bug avec TS merci dâavance !
