The Test Server thinks my account is still an Alpha account while it’s now actually an Omega account.
Therefore the server won’t give me Level 4 Burner missions, which I’d like to practice doing.
Any suggestions ?

I have never tried it, but you can buy plex on Singularity and use it to buy omega time.

the Tranquility database is “mirrored” (copied) over to the Singularity server once every few months

Your omega purchases don’t show on Sisi between mirrors, so if you activated or renewed omega after the last mirror (circa June 26th), and your subscription on Sisi lapsed, you will need to ‘buy’ omega on Sisi. This does not cost real money - you can buy Plex on the in-game market from seeded systems for 100 isk each, and exchange them for an omega certificate in the NES.
