Hello I am Vengari from The Order of Omerta, and we are starting what we hope will be a new craze that will tie Eve Online in with the personalities that make it great. We want to bring the community together by hosting a poker night. That’s right a mob themed Corp is running a poker game, big surprise, but we want to bring Eve’s personalities together in friendly competition and stream it for the people to see.
Can you imagine FC’s of rival Corps meeting not on the battlefield but on the poker table and dealing friendly jabs over stacks of chips instead of billion-dollar ships? Trade chips with the folks you also or once traded bullets with. Who knows maybe some table beef spills into Eve and the community can benefit from the rich drama that once made it the best game in all of gaming. We hope this will grow the game we love and bring it to a wider audience as well as give the community insight into some of the game’s biggest and best personalities.
The game is held on a free to play app so don’t worry about wagering any real money or violating any EULA terms for the game. Let us worry about that. Just kidding, Everything is on the up and up we promise. We even hope to reach out to the Dev team and see if they would also like to one day stream a friendly game and talk some Eve Online with the community.
We are currently seeking various Eve personalities who would like to participate and play some cards and PvP some stacks.
