They do the nerf beacause they think it’s the best way to give to pvp player activity in LS and stop the amount of player who are upset beacause “LS is deadland”.

They also think to “reward” player who will use MTU by looting wreck with reprocessing, and so make pvp player could kill mtu and steal some loot.

Can you show me where they said these were goals?
