Option: Limit FPS while game is in background

Please make the option to limit FPS while game is in background.

Right now when you launch 2 windows they all render at max fps which utilize unnecesary CPU and GPU power.
Please make an option to limit FPS (like WoW). So that in background (not minimized) game would render less (like 2-5-7-10) frames and lessen cpu/gpu load.
