Tovarish, use kinetic and thermal resistances. Active tanking not recommend trust me, the moment the gank happens, you will definitely not expect it. Hull bulkheads and a DC highly recommended.

I’d remove the warp core stabiliser from that fit, and probably swap it for a bulkhead. Anyone ganking an Orca isn’t just going to use one scrambler, so the stabiliser is pretty pointless. Better to use that lowslot to make the ship a less appealing target.
